Grilled London Broil Marinade

The weather is getting warmer and it’s time to fire up that grill!  I am always grilling, even in the winter, but I love it even more when it gets warm.  London broil is the perfect piece of meat to grill.  It doesn’t take long to cook so it’s perfect for when you need a quick meal.  You’ll just need to mix up the marinade and add the meat to it the night before and you’re good to go.  Scroll down to get the most delicious London broil marinade!

I love to grill and this is the perfect London broil marinade. After a night in the refrigerator you'll be eating this up!

This is so easy to make.  I usually mix it up while I’m making dinner the night before.  You can let it sit for 8 hours, but overnight is even better.

Grilled London Broil Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Add meat to a gallon sized baggie and pour marinade over the meat, seal up tight, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Preheat the grill and cook 5-7 minutes on each side.  You don’t want to overcook this!  It will be tough.  Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
