Grilled Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water- warm
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 package yeast
  • 3 cups flour

Instructions

  • Mix vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and yeast in water until it’s dissolved.
  • Stir in the flour and mix well with hands.  Take out and knead on a floured surface.
  • Roll into a ball, place back in bowl, and cover with a cloth for about an hour.  You need to give time for the dough to grow to about double in size.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • After dough has grown, roll dough out thin.  I like to divide it up so each person in my family has their own little pizza to assemble.
  • Before placing on the grill, rub olive oil on one side of the dough so it won’t stick.
