    I have tried the best EGGLESS oatmeal cookies EVER twice, and must be doing something wrong. They are absolutely delicious, but completely fall apart at the touch (so I end up using them as breakfast cereal with Greek yogurt, which is delicious too). The first time I used steel cut oats (they were even more brittle), and today I used regular oats. I only used 1/3 the amount of sugar (because my husband and I are diabetic), but otherwise followed the recipe accurately. Do you have any suggestions? Also, have you tried making them adding chocolate chips or nuts? That would be fun too!
