Cranberry Pancakes

What do you do with all those leftovers? Here's a fun recipe for your leftover cranberry sauce- CRANBERRY PANCAKES! Yum!!
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • ¼ vegetable oil
  • Leftover cranberry sauce
  1. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar together in bowl and stir.
  2. Add in eggs, buttermilk, and oil and mix well.
  3. Heat pan to medium and pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook for 3-4 minutes and flip. Cook until done.
  4. Stack 3 pancakes and top wth ½ cup of left over cranberry sauce.
