These crispy baked buffalo wings are to die for! They are so easy to cook and taste fantastic. You'll want to save this recipe!
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken winglettes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Place wings in large bowl and add in dry ingredients. Toss chicken wings with hands until coated.
  4. Place on wire rack on baking sheet lined with foil.
  5. Cook for 40 minutes.
  6. When chicken is done, add to bowl and pour buffalo sauce on top. Toss until chicken is coated well.
  7. Serve with celery, carrots, blue cheese or ranch dressing.
