Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

This is the easiest crockpot chicken and dumplings that you'll find. It's so delicious on a cold winter night. It will warm you right up.
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz frozen veggies (half a bag)
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 chicken bullion cube
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 10 count biscuits, canned
  1. Add your chicken and veggies in the crockpot.
  2. Add your chicken broth, water, flour, bullion cube, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Using two forks, shred the chicken.
  5. Quarter each biscuit and drop into crockpot and cook for 2 more hours. Stirring once after an hour.
