Grilled Goat Cheese Burger

This is a nice variation of a grilled burger. This grilled goat cheese burger is so delicious you won't even need mustard!
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 4oz package garlic herb goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • i jar of marinated sun-dried tomatoes
  • burger rolls- I used ciabatta.
Instructions
  1. Combine ground beef, cheese, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Hands are the best tool for this.
  2. Form 6 patties that are about ⅓ lb. each.
  3. Place on hot grill. After 4-6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes or until your burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Melt butter and brush on inside of rolls. Place on grill until lightly toasted.
  5. Top the burger with the marinated sun-dried tomatoes.
