This is a super easy, inexpensive, one pot meal. Don't you love anything that you can cook in one pot? Try this smoked sausage, potatoes, peppers & onions.
  • 1 11 oz package beef smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 orange pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add cubed potatoes into greased medium-high heat skillet. Cook for 8 minutes, occasionally stirring.
  2. Add in chopped peppers and onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Slice smoked sausage and add to skillet. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in basil and serve.
