Grilled Hawaiian Sliders

These grilled Hawaiian sliders are perfect for summer. If you are tired of the same old burger, this is a great change that's easy to do. Grilled pineapple is the BEST!
Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 pineapple, sliced
  • slider hamburger rolls
  • BBQ sauce
Instructions
  1. Form 8 hamburger patties and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on high heat for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Cut pineapple into thin slices. Make sure to take the core out! Place on grill and cook 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Assemble your burger. Add meat, pineapple slice, avocado, and BBQ sauce.
