Eggless Chocolate Cookies

My kids love anything that’s mini and these eggless Chocolate Cookies are so delicious. With only five ingredients, they are quick and easy.

Spring break is coming up and with the kids home playing, we have tons of extra time.  I love to bake and this is on the list of one of our favorite cookies to make.  Another good thing is that they are eggless.

I’m allergic to eggs so this is perfect for everyone that has an egg allergy.  (You can check out my Egg Free Desserts Facebook page here.)  I don’t like making things that have eggs because I can’t eat them!  These eggless chocolate cookies are great to grab when you are needing a little sweet snack.

These are so yummy, but I suggest to keeping these mini sized.  I’ve tried making these in a larger size and they do much better in a smaller cutout.  I’m working on a larger cookie now so keep checking back.
