Game Day Menu and GIVEAWAY
When my family is watching football, we usually like to snack. We get up and down and grabbing things out of our cabinet. I found that when I go with a Mexican food theme though, it’s easy to have different kinds of foods that everyone in my entire family likes, which is rare. I’ve listed things that my kids love and that are perfect to have out on a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon. They can even help make food and get things ready!
Game Day Menu
- Guacamole- My kids love to make this and I always put them in charge of it. We love avocados.
- Taco Bar
- Homemade Nachos
- Taco Salad
- Old El PasoSoft TacoBake™ Kit
This TacoBake™ is so easy to make and really delicious and filling. I didn’t think it would feed all of us, but we were all very satisfied.
You start out by browning your 1 lb of ground beef.
Once that’s browned, you add in water and the taco seasoning. You bring to a boil, then simmer for a few minutes until only a little water is left.
Now you’ll layer the flour tortillas that come in the kit with the taco meat mixture.
The kit comes with a cheese package for you to top it off.
Bake for 15 minutes. That’s it! So easy for a quick meal.
