I made this recipe so long ago and just found the pictures on my phone! I can’t believe I hadn’t put it on here yet. People love bruschetta and this is a great sweet twist. It’s perfect for a snack, breakfast, brunch, Easter, Mother’s Day luncheon and even dessert.
Fresh Sweet Berry Bruschetta Recipe
I just googled what bruschetta is and found that it’s toasted bread with some sort of topping. I could have an entire website on just bruschetta! So, I made a sweet bruschetta with what I had in my pantry and fridge.
I’m even working on a strawberry bruschetta next. I’ve already written out the recipe!!!
Ingredients for Berry Bruschetta
√French bread– You can get this in the bakery department of your regular supermarket. You can make your bread slices as thick as you’d like.
√Raspberries, blackberries and blueberries– You can use all or any combination of berries that you like best.
√Powdered sugar– You’ll mix this in with the cream cheese and sprinkle on top to give it that finishing touch.
√Cream cheese– The base of the spread you’ll use on the toast. You’ll want to make sure that it has been sitting out and room temperature before you begin so it’s easily spreadable.
√Vanilla– You can learn to make your own here. It’s really easy and saves a ton of money.
