It’s getting to be that time of year where you may be getting guest at your house.  Everyone did all the traveling during the summer and the kids are now back at school.  We have fall break coming up, then Thanksgiving and Christmas.  A lot of family members are going to be coming and going.  I have a mental list of things I need to do before someone arrives like changing the sheets on the bed and making sure I have plenty of food.  The majority of my list is making sure the bathroom is ready.  Here are a few things on my list before company arrives.

Preparing for Holiday House Guests

1.  Have clean towels and wash clothes ready and available.

4.  Plunger- This could save someone from an embarrassing situation.

5.  I SUPER clean- I usually get on my hands and knees and scrub it clean, the bathtub, toilet, floors, sink, and counter.  I make sure all the kid stuff is put away nicely.

6.  Extra toilet paper-   I always keep Quilted Northern toilet paper under the sink with all the other goodies I have.  I just pick it up from Walmart when I do my grocery shopping.

I have the Ultra Soft & Strong® with Cleanstretch®.  It’s strong, comfortable and flexible. Quilted Northern has been around over 100 years and they say the best bathroom experiences are the ones you don’t remember.  I love that and totally agree!  I keep it in this cute little basket.

These are really great tips! We don’t typically entertain (because our house is super small) but we’re having visitors this holiday season, and I’m definitely going to keep your tips in mind! #client
