My kids have dental appointments every six months. I have 3 kids ages 5, 8, and 10 and I have the hardest time getting them to brush, floss, and slosh (that’s what we call the fluoride mouthwash).  I decided to make this printable toothbrushing chart for kids and make a little game of it.

We see if we can fill up the chart to win a prize.  My daughter loves to add little stickers when she completes her brushing, but my 2 boys just make a check, X, or scribble in the box.  I also bought them some cool new toothbrushes (here, here, and here).  I got those little medicine cups that comes with ibuprofen and wrote their names on them with a Sharpie so each child has their own little cup to do the sloshing. I bought these little floss things to help make flossing easier for them.  I really want this toothbrush timer.  It also has a hand washing timer too!  You should choose a prize that’s inexpensive and easy.  We have a little ice cream stand up the road, so we go get cone if their chart is full.

Right click on the image and save on your computer in a place that it will be able to locate.  I usually save things to my desktop.  Once saved, go and find the file and open it up.  Now you can print it out.
