Slow Cooker Roast Beef Sandwiches

My blog is called Keeping Life Sane. Â Part of keeping my life sane is finding great recipes that are quick and easy AND that my family like. Â My husband suggested this meal and it turned out great. Â My kids loved it. Â You should have seen them while I was taking the pictures. Â They were drooling. Â I showed them the image on the display screen and my son said, “That looks so good!”
- 1 lb deli roast beef (just sliced for sandwiches)
- 1 18 0z jar beef gravy. Â We used Heinz Home Style Gravy. Â We added a smaller 12 oz jar also because we wanted extra gravy to pour over french fries. Â (I know, really healthy, huh?)
- provolone cheese
I got my crock pot out around 5:00, right before I left for football practice. Â I put on low and added the roast beef and poured the gravy on top. Â It cooked for about 2 1/2 hours. Â The meat is already cooked so you are just heating it up. Â I served it on little slider buns (potato rolls) and added a slice of provolone.
My kids loved this meal and it was really quick and easy. Â You should add it to your menu for the week.
