Soda bread is so easy to make.  It only has 4 ingredients and taste so good with right out of the oven.  Who doesn’t like warm bread with butter on it?

I make this a lot when I make corned beef and cabbage for dinner  It’s the perfect dinner for St. Patrick’s Day.  There’s no yeast, so no need to wait for it to rise.  You don’t have to be a professional baking to make this bread.

This is my very favorite butter.  You can buy it from here if you want to stock up or at your local grocery store (for smaller quantities).  It’s so good. I call it butter cheese it’s so flavorful.  I love to splurge on butter for a little special treat.  My kids eat the ‘everyday’ butter because they can’t tell the difference.

One of my favorite places to go out to eat is the Irish Pub! It’s nice to have some Irish food that you don’t have to make. I love fish and chips and bangers and mash.

I love to make Shepherd’s pie. My kids don’t really like it so I haven’t made it in such a ling time. I think I’ll put it on the menu this week!

So simple!  Try it out and let me know if you like it!  make sure to print it out or save it for St. Patrick’s Day!
