Easy Pub Cheese with Guinness
Who doesn't love cheese dip? This easy pub cheese, made with Guinness is a perfect appetizer for any party and to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.

- 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
- 1 1/4 cup mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Guinness beer
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes of hot sauce
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend for 1 minute stopping halfway to scrap sides of bowl.
Serves with crackers, celery, carrots, pretzels, or bread slices.
