Ingredients

  • Smithfield Extra Tender Fresh Pork St. Louis Style Ribs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 250F.
  • Add spices to a bowl and mix.
  • Rub the spices all over the front and back to the ribs. Wrap the ribs tightly with foil.
  • Grill for 1 1/2 hours, flip and grill for another 1 1/2 hours.
