Ingredients
1cupwaterwarm
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonsugar
1package yeast
3cupsflour
Instructions
Mix vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and yeast in water until it's dissolved.
Stir in the flour and mix well with hands. Take out and knead on a floured surface.
Roll into a ball, place back in bowl, and cover with a cloth for about an hour. You need to give time for the dough to grow to about double in size.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
After dough has grown, roll dough out thin. I like to divide it up so each person in my family has their own little pizza to assemble.
Before placing on the grill, rub olive oil on one side of the dough so it won't stick.
Place dough on grill for about 3-5 minutes. Take off and flip over onto plate, grill marks up.
Now it's time to add your toppings- pepperoni, cheese, pizza sauce, olives, sausage, etc.
Place back on grill for another 5 minutes to finish cooking.
