Roasted corn dip is amazing and perfect for every season, summer to the holidays. This delicious dip is easy to make and ready in under an hour.

Ingredients
2 15ozcans fire roasted corn drained
8ozcream cheese softened
1/2cupsour cream
2 1/2cupscheddar cheesedivided shredded
1teaspoonhot sauce
1teaspoongarlic powder
7slicescrispy bacondivided crumbled
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add corn, cream cheese, sour cream, 5 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon, garlic powder, hot sauce and 2 cups cheese to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Place in baking dish or cast iron skillet, top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and cook until heated through, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with more bacon and green onions and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Tip #1
If you don't want to use canned corn, you can substitute fresh or frozen corn.
Tip #2
Make sure to add some crumbled bacon and chopped green onions after your dip comes out of the oven.
