Ingredients
1 11ozpackage beef smoked sausagesliced
3potatoescubed
1orange pepperchopped
1yellow pepperchopped
3tablespoonsolive oil
1onionchopped
1/2teaspoondried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add cubed potatoes into greased medium-high heat skillet. Cook for 8 minutes, occasionally stirring.
Add in chopped peppers and onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
Slice smoked sausage and add to skillet. Cook for another 3 minutes.
