Ingredients

cans Hunt's Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
1/2
orange or yellow pepper
diced small
1/2
small onion
diced small
1
tablespoon
lime juice
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1
cup
Cilantro
chopped
3
cloves
garlic
minced
jalepeno
optional
Instructions
Open your tomatoes and drain out most of the liquid. Pour into bowl.
Dice bell pepper and onion and add to bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon lime juice and garlic.
Finely chop 1 cup cilantro.
Add salt and black bepper pepper.
Stir well with a spoon and serve.
