Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Bites

These ice cream bites are perfect to grab when needing a sweet treat and they're fun to make too!

Ingredients

  • Your favorite Mayfield Ice Cream
  • Snaps Pretzels the square ones
  • Melting Chocolate of Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Melt dipping chocolate according to directions. If you are using chocolate chips, put in a little coconut oil, place in the microwave and stir frequently.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of Mayfield ice cream and place on a pretzel. Place the second pretzel on top. Quickly dip in melting chocolate in a scooping motion to really get the chocolate on half the pretzel sandwich.
  • Place on baking sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Take the pretzels off your pan and place in a freezer storage bag or container
