Chocolate Eggless Mug Cake

Life's too short for complicated desserts! This chocolate and eggless mug cake is no fuss and is ready in 60 seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well.
  • Spray mug with a nonstick spray.
  • Add batter to mug and cook on high for 60 seconds.
  • Insert toothpick, If it comes out clean, it's done.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Add extra chocolate chips to the top when it comes out of the microwave.  They get melty and gooey!
HINT:  All microwaves are different and require different cooking times.  This was cooked in a 1000W oven.  You may need to adjust your time accordingly.
