1 TablespoonsOlive Oil
20oz15 bean soup mix
13ozKielbasa sausage
6cupsWater
2Garlic clovesminced
1medium Onion
1 stalkCelerydiced
1/2Green bell pepperdiced

1teaspoonSalt

Instructions
Quick Soak Beans Instructions
Rinse the beans using a colinder and add them to the Instant Pot.
Add 6 cups of water. Pressure cook them for 8 minutes and release the pressure manually, drain the water and set aside.
Soup Instructions
Dice the onions, celery and green bell pepper.
Add the vegetables to the Instant Pot along with the olive oil, minced garlic and sliced kielbasa. Saute for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Add the beans to the Instant Pot, followed by the cajun seasoning, salt and black pepper. Pour in 6 cups of water.
Set the Instant Pot for 16 minutes and do a natural release for 15 minutes.
Notes
You may need to add more water or chicken broth to the leftovers because the beans soak it up.
