Ingredients
Smithfield Extra Tender Fresh Pork St. Louis Style Ribs

brown sugar

pepper

garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat grill to 250F.
Add spices to a bowl and mix.
Rub the spices all over the front and back to the ribs. Wrap the ribs tightly with foil.
Grill for 1 1/2 hours, flip and grill for another 1 1/2 hours.
