These delicious breakfast burritos without eggs are easy to prepare ahead of time, keep in the freezer, and heat up when you have those busy mornings.

Ingredients
16ozBreakfast Sausage
1cupCheddar CheeseShedded
32ozFrozen HashbrownsDiced
1Green PepperDiced
1/2OnionDiced
8Flour Tortillasburrito sized
Hot SauceOptional
Instructions
Add our diced hash browns to an air fryer and cook until golden brown.
While hash browns are cooking, put a skillet on medium heat. When hot, add your sausage, diced onions and pepper and cook until brown.
Add equal amounts of the burrito fillings in each large tortilla. Top with shredded cheese.
Roll up the burrito.
Place burrito on medium-high heat seam side down. Once brown, flip and brown the other side.

Reheating Instructions
Reheating from frozen: Remove parchment paper from the frozen burrito and wrap it with a damp paper towel and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Reheat in the microwave for around 2 minutes. Microwaves may vary, so keep an eye on this. I have a 1000-watt and it takes 2 minutes.Reheating from the refrigerator (Microwave): Take off the plastic wrap or aluminum foil and wrap in a damp paper towel. Heat up for about a minute.Reheating from the refrigerator (on the stove): Add to a hot frying pan set on medium heat until the tortilla has browned, flip and do the other side, about 4-5 minutes per side.
