Chocolate Coffee Fudge
This chocolate coffee fudge is simple and delicious. It's the prefect treat for your chocolate cravings this holiday.

Ingredients

tablespoons
strong brewed coffee
12
oz.
bag of semisweet chocolate chips
14
oz.
can sweetened condensed milk
½
cup
pecans
chopped
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
cup
mini marshmallows
Instructions
Add chocolate chips, condensed milk and coffee to a pot and cook on low-medium heat until smooth. Stir continuously.
Take off heat and add vanilla and pecans. Stir well. Add marshmallows. Give it a quick stir and pour into 9-inch square dish.
Refrigerate for 1 ½- 2 hours until the fudge sets. Cut into squares.
Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
You can use a foil lined dish. It allows an easier way to remove the fudge from the dish and an easier way to cut into squares.
