Ingredients

package cranberry gelatin

cup
boiling water
1
cup
Riondo Prosecco
Instructions
Bring water to boil.
Add gelatin to a 9″x9″ pan and pour boiling water. Stir until gelatin has dissolved.
Add Riondo Prosecco and stir well.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firm.
Once firm, cut into squares, sprinkle some sugar on top and serve.

Tip #1
If you use the little jello cups you’ll want to pour the liquid into those before refrigerating!
