Ingredients
1lbsalmon
1/4cuporange juice
1/4cuphoney
1teaspoonchili powder
1clovegarlicminced
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Mix honey, orange juice, chili powder and garlic. Pour over salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place salmon on greased grill. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook another 6 minutes. You may need to cook a little longer or less depending on the size of your fish.
