My husband and I love fish, but don’t eat it as much as we’d like.  It’s so easy and healthy.  Every time we eat it, we talk about why we don’t eat it more.

How to make orange honey salmon on the grill

Step 1

Mix honey, orange juice, chili powder and garlic.  Pour over salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Step 3

Place salmon on greased grill.  Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook another 6 minutes.  You may need to cook a little longer or less depending on the size of your fish. (To grease a grill I just get a paper towel and put olive oil on it.  I use tongs to rub it on the grates.)

Step 4

Garnish with sliced green onions.
