If you are a regular reader of my website, then you know I love cookies. It’s one of my favorite things to make and make them often. Cookies don’t take long and that means you can eat them even sooner. Warm cookies, out of the oven, are the best.

White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies {Eggless}
I’m not normally a fan of white chocolate and I think this is the only recipe I have that includes it. It goes so well with the dried cranberries. Pecans are what makes this recipe the best and it gives it that extra holiday taste.
