Grilled Goat Cheese Burgers with Sun Dried Tomatoes
This is a nice variation of a grilled burger. These goat cheese burgers are so flavorful you won't need to add anything else.

Ingredients
2lbsground beef
1 4ozgarlic herb goat cheese
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
4tablespoonsbuttermelted
1jarmarinated sun-dried tomatoes
6burger rolls
Instructions
Combine ground beef, cheese, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Hands are the best tool for this.
Form 6 patties that are about 1/3 lb. each.
Place on grill that's set on medium high. After 4-6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes or until your burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
Melt butter and brush on inside of rolls. Place on grill until lightly toasted.
Top the burger with the marinated sun-dried tomatoes.
