Mini Tortellini Kabobs
These mini tortellini kabobs are a great summer snack, lunch or appertizer. You can have this tasty treat in less than thirty minutes.

Ingredients

cheese tortellini

pint
mozzarella balls
about 25

tablespoons
basil paste
1
pint
grape tomatoes
about 25
wooden skewers
Instructions
Cook tortellini according to directions. Drain and let cool.
Place drained mozzarella, tomatoes, and tortellini into bowl. Add basil paste and mix until all ingredients are coated with basil.
Place one tomato, one mozzarella ball and one tortellini on each skewer.
Serve immediately or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
