You clicked on this because you are looking for a dip recipe!  This one is a winner!  I love the flavors and the longer it sits the better!  The flavors are so great.  In fact, I had it for lunch today.  Not the best choice, but I couldn’t stop eating it!  My family does eat cobb salad a lot for dinner.  You can read about a trick we do to get our kids to eat salad.  We love the flavors and the dip is just the same.  It’s perfect for a tailgating, summer picnic, or New Year’s Eve party. DELICIOUS Cobb Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 chopped lettuce
  • 20 grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced into bite sized pieces
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • crackers to dip

  • Combine softened creamed cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dill, and parsley and mix until well combined (about a minute or 2).  I recently got a big my first stand mixer and using it all the time now.  Add to a 9″X9″ dish. (This one is cute!)
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, corn, blue cheese, avocado, green onions, and crumbled bacon.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  I have been using this Glad Press’n  Seal since I went to the beach this summer and it works really well.  My avocados don’t turn brown!
