How to create a back to school wellness kit.

A wellness kit is exactly what it sounds like- items you need for you and your family to stay healthy.  These are items that you should always have on hand to help prevent illness.

What you should add to your wellness kit.

  • Kleenex® Brand Ultra Soft™ Facial Tissues (110 tissues per box, 3 pack)

You know you will need a bunch of these boxes for back to school so go ahead and stock up.  I love having extra Kleenex around.  They are super soft and Kleenex is one of the softest around.

  • Kleenex® Brand Wet Wipes™ Gentle Clean for Hands and Face (Flip-top pack, 56 wipes)

These are great because these are thick with no harsh chemicals.  You can find these in the tissue aisle.

  • Vitamins

Pick out a multivitamin that your kids will enjoy.  The gummies are always a good taste.

  • Probiotics

You can get a pill or powder form.  I love the powder.  I can add it to the kids morning smoothies and they can’t tell at all.  This will help with any stomach issues that could come up.

  • Essential Oils

I love lavender to help relax for anxiety or going to sleep and lemon to help your kids with studying.

  • Reusable Water Bottles

The more H2O, the better,  Let your kids pick out a water bottle and it will encourage them to drink more.  It seems like a lot of schools let the kids have a water bottle at their desk now too.

  • Hand Sanitizer

Sometimes it hard to get my kids to wash their hands after school, but I can always chase them down and give them a squirt to remove any school germs they bring home.

  • Lice Prevention Spray

I know no one want to talk about lice, but it happens and giving your kids a couple of sprays every morning helps keep it away.

I hope my tips on staying healthy during back to school helps you.  Let me know if there is something you use that I’m missing.
