Eggless Turtle Poke Cake

I have three kids and for birthdays I usually make a cake.  I don’t usually buy.  It’s normally egg free so I’m always trying out different recipes and this one is a family favorite.  They love how moist this one tastes.  If they tell me it’s as good as an “egg cake”, then I keep it!

If you are a regular follower of my blog, then you know I’m allergic to eggs and always on the lookout for new egg free desserts.  If I can’t find a good one, then I start experimenting using my husband and kids as guinea pigs.  I have an Egg Free Dessert Pinterest board you can follow!
