Can you believe I’ve posted something on my blog this many new times in one month? It’s a miracle! I decided to do a 30 day challenge and try and do a post every day for the next 30 days.

However, I have a life and realize I can’t post that many times. I failed, but at least I learned a lot about my work habits.

I was sitting here thinking about what I should write about today and realized it should be about challenges! I’m sure there are some great 30 day challenges.

I love doing challenges. I’ve done challenges to save money, not buying cereal challenge (which I did for an entire year), no eating out challenges, meal planning challenges and a no soda challenge.

My son got a pull-up bar for his birthday and I tried to do one and I failed miserably. I started googling- Learn how to do a pull up in 30 days! So, I’m in the middle of 2 challenges right now!

I also do a challenge to read more on the Goodreads app. I choose how many books I want to read in a year and it tracks me.

Why do a 30-Day Challenge

Most people do a 30-day challenge to get motivated or learn something new. You may realize you’re spending too much money or eating unhealthy. A one month challenge is a great way to jump start a new habit or get back on track.

Do you feel like you’re in a rut? Challenge yourself. Think about something you’d like to learn or improve about yourself if you can’t decide where to start.
