Bread is so easy to make and there are millions of soda bread recipes on the Internet.  It only has 4 ingredients and tastes so good right out of the oven.  Who doesn’t like warm bread with butter on it?

I make this a lot when I make corned beef and cabbage for dinner  It’s the perfect dinner for St. Patrick’s Day.  There’s no yeast, so no need to wait for it to rise.  You don’t have to be a professional baker to make this bread.

Many of my recipes are egg free because I’m allergic to eggs and this one is for all those egg free people out there too! Soda bread is normally an egg free food so it works with people that don’t eat eggs and egg eaters.

Super Easy Irish Soda Bread

This is my very favorite butter.  You can buy it from here if you want to stock up or at your local grocery store (for smaller quantities).  It’s so good. I call it butter cheese it’s so flavorful.  I love to splurge on butter for a little special treat.  My kids eat the ‘everyday’ butter because they can’t tell the difference.

One of my favorite places to go out to eat is the Irish Pub! It’s nice to have some Irish food that you don’t have to make. I love fish and chips and bangers and mash.

I love to make Shepherd’s pie. My kids don’t like it so I haven’t made it in such a long time. I think I’ll put it on the menu this week!

So simple!  Try it out and let me know if you like it!  make sure to print it out or save it for St. Patrick’s Day!
